I am an artist and creator of beautiful things. Since retiring I have had time to indulge my love of arts and crafts, in particular silversmithing. I love the process of using heat to create beautiful shapes with silver and setting the silver with gemstones, each enhancing the other - the effect of sparkling genuine gemstones against the glow of the silver is magical.

I have painted for many years. I occasionally paint commissions, most of these have been painted for gifts (usually surprises) and it's so rewarding when they are received with joy and loved. You can see some examples on my Gallery page. 

I have recently discovered a whole new way of painting that can create some wonderful and exciting effects, acrylic pouring uses fluid paint and instead of a brush the paint is manipulated in various ways on the canvas. You can see more on the Fluid Art page.

 I also create in polymer clay, I have made birds, butterflies and dragonfly sculptures, these are all modelled on real insects for a realistic look..
